BUSINESS POLICY
Booking and appointments:
We recommend booking your appointments in advance to ensure availability. Walk-ins not accepted!
Arrival:
Please arrive for your appointment 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the Intake form (New clients). Early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.
Late Arrival:
If late arrival, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule. The original session time will be fully charged.
Cancellation:
Please provide at least 24 hours notice before your appointment start time if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. This gives us enough time to fill the slot.
**If a client fails to cancel or No-Call-No-Shows within 24 hours after once time. We will be asked to pre-pay for future services.
-Cancellations with less than 24hours notice will be charge 50% of the service cost (except in cases of illness, emergency, or inclement weather).
-No-Call-No-Shows will result in a full charge for the scheduled services.
-If you booked an appointment then cancel or No-Call-No-Shows the same day the full charge will apply.
Health and Safety:
-Clients must provide an accurate health history and agree to inform their therapist of any updates or changes to their health/medical condition before each session.
-Any client with contagious condition and signs of symptoms of active systemic or localized infection (e.g. fever, sore throat, swelling, etc.) at the time of scheduled massage are asked to notify their therapist and reschedule their appointment. After the contagious condition has resolved.
-Massage therapists only provide therapeutic massage and modalities that are within the scope of practice for this licensed profession. Clients with acute injuries or conditions that are outside of the scope of practice for massage should consult with their doctor.
Client Privacy:
-All clients will be treated with respect and dignity. Personal and professional boundaries will be respected at all times.
-All clients will be appropriately draped with a sheet at all times during the massage session. Only the area of the body that are currently being worked will be exposed. The private area is never exposed or massaged.
-Client privacy and confidentiality will be maintained at all times.
-All clients are provided with a competent and professional massage that focuses on the needs of each individual client.
Expectations:
-Clients are expected to be clean and have showered prior to receiving massage (on same day)
-Clients are asked to avoid eating a heavy meal during the two hours prior to receiving massage.
Inappropriate Behavior:
-Any client who arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave.
-This is a non-smoking, odor-neutral massage office.
-Harassment of any kind is not tolerated and the session will be terminated if this occurs, or if the practitioner’s safety is compromised in any way.
Payment:
Payment is due in full at the time of service- cash, credit/debit cards, electronic payment methods, and gift card.
Gift cards:
Gift cards are available for purchase. They are non-refundable and must be used within one year of purchase.
